I have changed my lifestyle and bad eating habits for good
I started training with Adam in 2014 to work towards achieving a bikini body for a trip to Thailand. In just 3 short months I got to where I wanted to be, and have been training with him weekly ever since. He worked with my specific needs and goals, and adjusted my diet and nutrition until I had a plan that worked for me. I never got bored with the training sessions
Working with Adam, my goal was to lose weight prior to a trip overseas. Before starting I was lethargic and didn’t feel good about myself. With a customized food plan and three 30-minute PT sessions a week, I was able to lose 20kgs in 6 months. I felt much better about myself and had a lot more energy throughout the day. I never got bored with the training sessions, as each one was always different from the last and he made each session fun. As well as being a trainer he has become a life time friend
I started seeing Adam Early September 2014. I was going through a rough stage in my life with a relationship ending. I started off doing boxing for the first few weeks with Adam but that soon progressed into weights training and I went from 2, to 5 sessions a week with him. My aim was to build muscle and gain weight as I’m 6’5 in height and had struggled to gain throughout my life. I was very nervous it would all be beyond me
I have now been using Adam as my PT for the last 4 years.  After reaching my goal weight with Jenny Craig I decided that I needed to incorporate exercise into my ongoing plan.  I am not a person who loves exercise and during my life I have done very little. So to start at the age of 40, was very daunting!!  I started training with Adam twice a week.  He came to my house and we started by training slowly as I was very nervous it would all be beyond me.  This was great as it gave me flexibility around my […]
