
Whether you have a special event or holiday coming up or you just want to get in shape for summer, this 8-week Body Transformation Package is designed to get you real results, fast!
The package includes the following:
- Day one goal setting and measurements
Starting with a consultation we will discuss your current lifestyle, diet and exercise regime if any. We will discuss your goals and your schedule. Starting weight and measurements will be taken, including body composition (body fat %) so we can track your progress along the way.
- Tailored Nutrition Plan
Once we have calculated your body fat and a desired goal we create an eating plan that works for you. Because exercise and nutrition go hand in hand, you’ll be provided with a customised eating plan, providing you with a full-break down of your nutritional needs. This plan will also give you guidance about when to eat your meals, so that your training is more effective. The idea is to train smarter, not harder!
- Personal Training Sessions
You can choose between the following personal training options- 2 or 3 x 30-minute training sessions at my East Auckland Studio (3 for optimum results)
- Workouts from the comfort of your own home within a 10km radius (travel charges may apply)
- Half way checkpoint
Half way through your transformation we will take measurements again to track your progress and make sure your transformation is well underway. From here I can make any tweaks in your plan if needed.
- Homework
This package will also come with additional ‘do it yourself’ exercise programmes that you can do in your own time from home or at your gym, with all the cardio requirements detailed to make sure your transformation is well on its way.
- Support
You will have my full support throughout your 8-week challenge. I am contactable by email or text, whether you are having a meltdown and need to vent or you have any questions or need some tips – I am here to help!
