I first met Adam at work, he held a fitness class for any staff that wanted to come along. I met Adam during a Biggest loser challenge in my workplace. We got chatting about my current training and nutrition. He blew me away with his knowledge of nutrition, especially when it comes to leaning out. This prompted me to try his 8-week challenge as it would work out perfect for me as I was heading to Europe in about that time. I started training with Adam in 2014 to work towards achieving a bikini body for a trip to Thailand. Working with Adam, my goal was to lose weight prior to a trip overseas. Before starting I was lethargic and didn’t feel good about myself. With a customized food plan and three 30-minute PT sessions a week, I was able to lose 20kgs in 6 months. I felt much better about myself and had a lot more energy throughout the day. I started seeing Adam Early September 2014. I was going through a rough stage in my life with a relationship ending. I started off doing boxing for the first few weeks with Adam but that soon progressed into weights training and I went from 2, to 5 sessions a week with him.
